Chickpea Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 cans of chickpeas
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 1 green apple, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp pink salt
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning blend
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • ½ cup vegan mayo
Instructions
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, crush chickpeas with the attachment.
  2. Add everything else to the bowl and blend until combined.
